Slow-Cooker Pulled Beef Sandwiches

Per Serving: Calories 173, Protein 16g, Total Fat 11g, Carbs 16g, Fiber 12g

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 large onion, chopped (1 cup)

  • 1/2 cup Walden Farms barbecue sauce*

  • 1/4 cup Walden Farms French dressing*

  • 1/4 cup condensed beef broth

  • 1/2 boneless beef chuck roast (2 lb)

  • 6 SmartBuns*

Instructions: 

  • Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.

  • Mix onion, barbecue sauce, dressing and broth in slow cooker.

  • Add beef; stir to coat.

  • Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.

  • Remove beef from slow cooker; skim fat from sauce.

  • Shred beef with 2 forks; stir beef back into sauce.

  • Using slotted spoon, place 1/2 cup beef mixture onto bottom of each bun.

  • Cover with tops of buns.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 slider buns, wheat

  • 2oz rotisserie chicken breast

  • 1/4 cup shredded fat free Mozzarella cheese

  • Walden Farms BBQ Sauce*

Instructions: 

  • Place two open buns on oven safe pan.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Combine shredded chicken and Walden Farms BBQ sauce in a bowl.

  • Place half of the chicken on each slider and top with shredded cheese.

  • Close bun and place in oven, heat for 12min.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread

  • 6 slices ham, fat free

  • 2 slices American cheese, fat free

  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions: 

  • Preheat a pan over medium heat.

  • Spread each slice with mustard.

  • Stack with American cheese, and ribbon your meat onto your sandwich.

  • Don't just lay the meat at — it makes for a at sandwich.

  • Spread butter on the outside of the bread before it goes into the pan, which ensures it will be perfectly golden brown.

  • Place in the pan; cover with lid to ensure the cheese melts without over-toasting the exterior, 2 to 3 minutes.

  • Flip, cover again and cook until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 

  • 3 oz Tuna, in water

  • 1 slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Fat Free

  • 1 Smartbun®

  • 2 slices of Tomato

  • 1/2 Celery Stalk, chopped

  • 1/2 Green Onion, chopped

  • 3 tbsp Walden Farms Honey Mustard Mayo

  • 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Combine tuna salad ingredients (tuna, celery, onion, mayo, lemon juice, salt & pepper) in a small bowl and mix well.

  • Place the Smartbun® halves on a baking sheet and broil 2-3 minutes or until they start to brown. Remove from the oven.

  • Divide the tuna mixture over the buns.Top with tomato slices and cheddar cheese.

  • 1 Healthy Grain Perfect 10 Bagel*

  • 3/4 cup egg whites

  • 10-15 fresh spinach leaves

  • 1 oz Garlic & Herb Lisanatti Almond Cheese*

  • 2 slices tomato

  • 2 slices avocado

  • salt & pepper

  • hot sauce if desired

Instructions: 

  • Toast bagel in the toaster. 

  •  In a small bowl add egg whites and spinach leaves, season with salt & pepper. 

  • Place in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, keeping an eye on the eggs so they don’t overflow.

  • Smear cheese on toasted bagel and add slices of tomato. 

  • Spoon egg out of bowl in a single patty and place on top of cheese and tomato, top with avocado.

  • Season with hot sauce if desired.
